Laura is known for her strategic vision and commitment to servant leadership. Her recent track record includes supporting over 150 general practice veterinary clinics, achieving outstanding DVM retention rates, and excelling in the growth and development of teams, while driving consistent year-over-year growth.

She is known for her ability to relate to teams through her personal experience in similar roles, which allows her to empathize with their challenges and connect meaningfully. Based in Draper, Utah, Laura resides with her husband, Darin, and their blended family of four children: Bear, Rose, Ray, and Jack. They are also proud pet parents to Winnie the Goldendoodle and Puffy the Persian.
