About Richard Frank

As Chief Financial Officer, Richard is responsible for all of the company’s financial functions, including accounting, audit, treasury and corporate finance. His career spans more than 25 years of varied experience in financial management, business leadership, and corporate strategy, including equestrian related companies that include a major horse breeding farm where he worked extensively with the veterinary staff. He brings a passion and a hands-on servant leader style of management to his role and his mission-driven approach adds value to the entire company. Richard and his wife of 30 years recently moved to Northern Florida via New York to be close to all his children and granddaughter along with his two German Shepherds.
