John L. Suprock

Mr. Suprock served as President of PCS Advisors, LLC, a small business consulting firm, from January 2007 through July 2014. Since 2014 Mr. Suprock has been retired and managing a personal real estate portfolio. He brings over 30 years of experience in business operations and management. Mr. Suprock’s decades-long career includes the construction and real estate sectors as well as brokering and merger and acquisition representation for firms in the $10 million to $200 million value range. He has counseled on business transactions in the pharmacy, utility and energy sectors and has consulted with the Small Business Administration, helping small businesses achieve their plans. Mr. Suprock has advised on tax strategies as well as valuations during M&A transactions and he has been a member of the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA) and the Alliance of Mergers and Acquisitions Advisors. He graduated from California State University Long Beach in January 1976 with a Bachelors of Science in Business.
